DreamMaker® Retainer Policy

Every experience designed by “The DreamMaker” is a work of experiential artistry – crafted with vision, creativity, and decades of expertise. Each journey is meticulously conceived and executed to be unlike anything that exists elsewhere. To ensure the wise allocation of time and resources in bringing these experiences to life, a retainer is required for all bespoke travel & event designs.

Retainer Amount

The retainer is 10% of the estimated program budget or $10,000, whichever is greater. In some cases, a higher percentage may be required based on the complexity and scope of the design.

What the Retainer Covers

This fee secures the time, expertise, and creative effort invested in:

  • Experiential design & research
  • Concept board creation & artistic direction
  • Detailed cost analysis & logistical feasibility
  • Asset procurement
  • Presentation development
  • Program management and execution

 

Refund Policy

The retainer is non-refundable, as it reflects the time and resources already dedicated to the development of your experience.

Applying Your Retainer to a Future Booking

If you move forward with a booking within three years, your full retainer amount will be credited toward the final cost, minus any unrecoverable hard costs.

Changing to a Different Experience

Should you choose to pursue a different experience designed by The DreamMaker®, a new retainer will be required. However, both retainers will be credited toward the final cost under the same policy.

The retainer is not a deposit on a trip – it is the foundation for crafting something extraordinary, ensuring that only the most inspired and meaningful experiences come to life.
